These Terms and Conditions ('Terms') govern your use of the Maxcasinolic website and booking services. By accessing our site, booking a reservation, or entering any part of the resort premises, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Resort & Casino Rules

Maxcasinolic is an adult-only entertainment and resort venue. Access to the gaming floor is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of gambling in the jurisdiction, whichever is higher. Valid identification is required upon entry.

All guests must act responsibly and respect the property, employees, and other guests. Management reserves the right to refuse accommodation or gaming access to any person behaving in a detrimental manner, without refund.

Reservations & Payments

All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid credit card may be required to guarantee your booking. We accept cash and major credit cards, but certain packages may have prepayment requirements as indicated at checkout.

Any promotional offer, discount code, or package price must be used at the time of booking and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, Maxcasinolic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, services, or inability to access them. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the particular service forming the basis of the claim.

We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of gaming systems, entertainment schedules, or certain amenities, though we make every effort to minimise disruptions.
